Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions: Loyalty reward offers are valid for new individual cruise bookings made after 7/25/22, sailing on either a Carnival, Celebrity, Holland America, Norwegian, Princess or Royal Caribbean cruise. Offer is per stateroom and benefits vary based on loyalty level. Offer is not valid if cruise is departing within 21 days of booking. Offer excludes reduced and/or complimentary cruise fares including but not limited to free cruise certificates, casino rates, employee/employee family rates, vendor rates and other cruises as designated by Cruises.com. To qualify for the Loyalty Program, same traveler must have completed at least one eligible cruise booked through Cruises.com. Eligible cruises are only those booked through our agency on either a Carnival, Celebrity, Holland America, Norwegian, Princess or Royal Caribbean with a minimum total cruise fare (minus taxes & fees) of $500. Program level accrual is based on the number of eligible cruises you’ve completed. Past completed cruises booked directly through the cruise line do not count towards your Program level. Next tier benefits will be applied on the following cruise after status has been earned. Cruises.com customers are eligible for Silver level after one eligible cruise is completed. After 3 eligible completed cruises, they are eligible to become a Gold member. After 5 eligible completed cruises, they are eligible to become a Platinum member. And those who have completed 10 or more eligible completed cruises, they are eligible to become a Diamond member. Some promotional offers and rates may not be combinable with the Loyalty Reward offer. Program rewards including but not limited to Resort For A Day or shore excursions are subject to availability and may not be offered in every destination. We shall not be liable for refunds or alternative benefits if rewards are not available for your cruise. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the Program or provision of benefits will be resolved by Cruises.com at its sole discretion. Cruises.com has the right to terminate the Loyalty Reward Program (“the Program”) or to change the Terms and Conditions of participation and benefits, in whole or in part; at any time without notice. Membership may be terminated at our sole discretion for anyone appearing to be utilizing the Program in a manner inconsistent with its terms, conditions, or intent. Additional restrictions may apply.
